Shipping policy

We ship to the United States only.

- Free standard shipping on every order.
- Processing: orders leave our fulfillment partner within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive in about 8-12 business days after you order. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
- Delays: if your order is later than this estimate, we email you with an update. If a parcel is lost in transit, we reship it or refund you, your choice.
- Import duties: in rare cases the carrier may collect import duties or taxes on delivery. If that happens, contact us with the receipt and we will refund the amount.
- Wrong address: contact us within 12 hours of ordering so we can fix it before it ships.
